I’m a UK-trained General Practitioner with a strong interest in lifestyle medicine and holistic wellbeing. After qualifying from Southampton Medical School in 2019, I moved to Jersey in the Channel Islands, where my approach to health became more focused on prevention, movement, and everyday lifestyle choices.
